Placing & Managing Orders
Browse our range of products, select your size (referencing our size guide), and click 'Add To Cart'. Once ready, click the cart icon, select 'Proceed to Checkout', and either log in or continue as a new user to confirm your shipping address and payment method.
Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation on WhatsApp and email with details of your order and your Order ID. You will receive another update once your order is shipped.
Log in to your account and click on 'Orders' to see the status of your current order and history. You will also receive email and WhatsApp notifications when your products are shipped.
Orders generally cannot be modified once confirmed. However, for prepaid orders, if a delivery fails and is sent back, we will reship it to you within 2 days with a new tracking ID.
For order cancellation, please reach our help center at support@dharmik.in and provide the required details to raise a ticket, and we will help sort things out.
Once an order is confirmed and accepted, you cannot add more products to it. You will need to place a fresh order for any additional items.
We are an online-only store, so 'try-and-buy' is not available. Please refer to the size guide on our product pages to ensure the right fit before placing your order.
No. We must leave tags intact in case the recipient faces issues and needs to exchange the product. It is not possible to detach invoices or tags from the shipment.
Shipping & Delivery
Most products are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days for metros and 3–5 business days for the rest of India.
Dharmik provides FREE shipping for all products across India. A nominal cash handling charge applies only to COD orders.
You will receive a tracking number via email & WhatsApp as soon as your order ships. You can track it in real-time via the 'Track Order' link on our website footer.
For prepaid orders, if the courier is unable to deliver and returns the package to us, we will reship it within 2 days of arrival at no extra cost to you.
No, currently we are only delivering products within India. We do not support international shipping at this time.
Payments & COD Policy
Yes. All transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection to ensure your money and data are safe. We use industry-standard payment gateways.
Please retry and ensure your account details are correct. If your account is debited after a failure, the bank normally rolls it back within 10 business days. You can contact us for verification.
COD depends on your postal code. Also, please note that COD is not available for customized apparel. If unavailable, you may use online payment methods or a different address.
To ensure genuine orders, all COD requests require verification via call, WhatsApp, or SMS. Orders not confirmed within 3 days will be automatically canceled to avoid shipping waste.
For orders involving upfront partial payments (like shipping deposits), the order will be canceled and the partial payment will not be refunded.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Dharmik offers a 3-day Exchange policy specifically for manufacturing defects. Items must be in unused condition with original tags intact.
Please contact our help center at support@dharmik.in to raise a ticket. Once the defect is verified via photos, we will initiate a reverse pickup for the exchange.
If reverse pickup isn't available for your pincode, you must self-ship the item. We will refund up to ₹100 for shipping costs. Please do not use 'Professional Couriers' as they are unreliable.
Prepaid: Refunded to the original payment mode. COD: Refunded to the bank account provided. The process takes 5–7 business days after the item passes quality check.
Only the exact amount paid by you during the sale will be refunded, not the original product price or the current listed price.
