About the Role
Your primary goal is to produce high-impact visual content for our Meta Ad campaigns. you will be expected to leverage cutting-edge AI tools to enhance visuals, generate assets, and maintain a high standard of aesthetic quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Ad Production: Create engaging Reels and video ads using a mix of AI-generated clips, stock footage, and influencer content.
- AI Mastery: Use advanced AI video/image generation tools to create unique backgrounds, transitions, or voiceovers that set our ads apart.
- Influencer Management: Identify and follow up with influencers. You will be their main point of contact.
- Directing Content: Send scripts to influencers and provide clear, professional guidance on shot lists, lighting, and "vibe" to ensure the clips they send back meet our brand standards.
Requirements
- Advanced AI Skills: Expert-level command over AI video generation and editing tools.
- Video Editing Expertise: Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to negotiate with and guide influencers.
- Fast Turnaround: Ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines for ad testing.
- Organization: Keeping track of multiple influencer conversations and project files simultaneously.

- Technical Execution: Use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create print-ready files (high-resolution, correct color profiles, and vector formats).
- Typography: Expertly handle Sanskrit and English fonts to create aesthetically pleasing and readable designs.
- Trend Alignment: Keep an eye on spiritual and streetwear trends to ensure our designs resonate with a modern audience.
Requirements
- Passionate: A genuine interest in spirituality, Sanskrit, or philosophical storytelling.
- Software Skills: Mastery of Adobe Photoshop (for textures/effects) and Adobe Illustrator (for clean vector art).
